How to Use
- One Per Day: take 1 capsule daily, ideally after a meal, with a full glass of water. Do not take more than 1 capsule in 24 hours.
- Instant capsules: take 2 capsules about 40 minutes before sexual activity with a full glass of water. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours.
